Is the business plan thorough and capture all of the learning that Antonio and JB have accumulated? If not, what additional questions do you believe Antonio and JB need to answer through further planning before they launch the venture?
Antonio and JB must answer these questions before launching:
- P’kolino is specifically targeting children of age 0-8 years only. Why not the above 8 years children? They can also cater that market as playing trend is increasing with age as child got some conscious. So I believe that Antonio and JB should have planned something for that. This market is also extremely profitable.
Antonio and JB should have planned something for outdoor playing. As it is observed in that case that children get bored very quickly by the products and furniture. Environment
